We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with p15r within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll refund your payment in full-no questions asked.

To request a refund within the 30-day period, simply contact us at billing@p15r.io with your account email address.

2Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You can continue to use all features until your subscription expires
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to export or reactivate

3Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund available under our money-back guarantee
  • After 30 days: No refunds for partial months; service continues until the end of the billing period
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

4Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund available under our money-back guarantee
  • After 30 days: Prorated refund available for the unused portion of your subscription
  • Prorated refunds are calculated based on full months remaining in your subscription
  • Annual discount is forfeited when receiving a prorated refund

5Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated with your bank (please contact us first)
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge for monthly subscriptions
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscriptions and cancellations)

6How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@p15r.io with your account email
  2. Include your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
  3. We'll process your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  5. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

7Data After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends
  • You can export your data at any time before the retention period expires
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems
  • You can request immediate data deletion by contacting us
  • If you reactivate within 30 days, your data will be restored
